4. CCTV

We do have CCTV on the premises for healthy & safety purposes as well as protection of property and detection of intruders. This footage is captured and stored for a period of 7 days in which time it is automatically deleted. This footage will only be shared with police and/or our insurance company should an incident occur that deems it necessary. You have the right to request a copy of any footage stored with your data and you can do this by contacting the Data Controller on the details below.

5. What are the legal grounds for our processing of your personal information?

We rely on the following legal bases to use your personal data:

1) Where it is needed to provide you with our services, such as:
  • Managing memberships you hold with us;
  • Informing you of any current offers;
  • Updating your records

We may share information with the following third parties for the purposes listed above:

  • Governmental and regulatory bodies such as HMRC, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority, the Ombudsman, the Information Commissioner’s Office and under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme;
  • Premium Credit, if you hold an agreement with them. We may share information to able to manage your agreement.
  • Members’ contact telephone numbers are held in a secure area of the website, accessible by other members to enable them to arrange Knocks Outs etc.

We are based in the UK and do not transfer any personal details to bodies outside of the UK.

We are unable to provide you with information about your membership and other services and offers provided if you do not provide certain information to us. In cases where providing some personal information is optional, we will make this clear.
